Rayner’s Air Conditioning is a commercial and industrial Air Conditioning company working with Property Managers on Multi Story Office Buildings and other groups of commercial and industrial sites, with individual businesses on their commercial properties, in Aged Care Facilities, in Kindergartens and Schools, on Local Government Contracts and other similar sites.

We are a third generation family owned and operated company started by Walter Rayner in 1963. Over that time, Rayner’s Air Conditioning has developed a strong reputation within the industry.
